John S. Rollins
President/CEO of MOTIV8U of North Central Florida, Inc., John S. Rollins, brings to the table a wealth of experience in organizing, developing, and facilitating multi-faceted educational training programs. He is a retiree from the City of Gainesville where he invested over 25 years in various capacities. His last position prior to retirement was the Learning & Development Manager in the Human Resources Department. Some of his areas of expertise include leadership, management and supervisory development, customer service, conflict resolution, career progression, stress management, interpersonal and communication skills, and staff development. John discovered that all successful individuals, regardless of their level of responsibility, possessed a similar set of skills. He now devotes his time and effort to sharing those success skills with others.

Ekaterina is our current Community Specialist Intern. She is currently a senior at the University of Florida, studying Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a specialization in Psychology. After her undergraduate years, she hopes to obtain a Doctorate Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Joanne Jean is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern and is on track to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida. Joanne received her Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida in 2014, and then went on to obtain her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University in 2017. Joanne has a passion for youth, especially those who ascribe to, or have been regarded as “at-risk” because she too, was labeled that way. With God’s direction, and her resiliency, she has been able to defy the odds, and she works with the board of MUNCF to do the same for youth who share similar experiences. Joanne Jean serves as the Secretary MUNCF. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling both domestically and abroad, playing the violin, and exercising.
Aaron "Buck" Rollins is the Pastor of Bethel Christian Church and a licensed Financial Advisor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and Maryland. He served as a Deacon and armor bearer for many years in the Church of God by Faith organization abroad and locally at New Beginnings COGBF. He was then led by the Spirit to help founding pastor Walter Patrick at Bethel Christian Church, where he was years later appointed as the head pastor. When he is not serving the community and parsonage as Pastor, he is helping to protect families and their wealth by providing financial, estate, and tax planning in the North Central Florida area. Buck currently resides in Jonesville, Florida with his wife, Renee. He is the father of four children; Erin, Ron, Travis, and Antwan. He is also enjoying his first, of many grandkids, Makail.
Gloria Pringle Ashley
Gloria Pringle Ashley pours into others. She has volunteered time at the Ronald McDonald House, Salvation Army, and St. Frances House. She organized a group of Student Ambassadors to join with community partners to March for Anti-Bully week. In 2020 she and her 3rd daughter fed several hundred people who lost employment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Gloria has written several inspirational journals and continues to minister at various places throughout the nation. In her spare time, she enjoys performing in plays, hanging out with her family (husband John and five daughters Kayla, Imari, Lauren, Re’na, and Lailah), reading and singing, and traveling.
